The Rebel Venture Fund aims to invest in companies that are making a positive influence in the community, creating jobs, and that benefit the Southern Nevada business community. That being said, consideration will be given to all companies that apply, including early-stage companies seeking seed funding, or late-stage opportunities in which RVF will seek to co-invest alongside institutional investors. The above notwithstanding, a minimum viable product (MVP) is expected before RVF will consider investment.
